Great Escape

• 2 oz Mezcal

• 1 oz orange liqueur

• 1 oz lime juice

• 1/2 oz simple syrup

• 4 dashes Hibiscus & Yuzu bitters

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker, add ice and shake for 10 seconds. Double strain into rocks glass with salted rim (optional) over fresh ice. Garnish with fresh lime wheel.
